Your phone becomes your memory.
reBe sits on the device you already carry and learns from the things you choose to let it see — messages, notes, calendar, photos, the browser tabs you keep open. It remembers what you tell it once. It reasons over your own corpus without a default cloud round-trip.
The default path is no account and no platform as the center of your life. The intelligence is the same broad idea the giants are selling — except the boundary starts with hardware you own, working for you, not for them.
Section 2 of 4 · How it works
Local model. Local corpus. One identity.
A small, fast model runs on the device. It reads from a corpus that lives in your phone's own storage — encrypted, partitioned by purpose, governed by you. When you ask reBe something, it reasons over the corpus locally and answers without a round-trip.
When you want more — heavier reasoning, longer context, video — reBe can hand work to trusted network member devices: an always-on desktop, a gaming PC, a Photoshop workstation, a home server, a family member's spare compute, or a node provided by an operator you trust. Storage and processing stay on devices inside the boundary. Your identity travels. Your Corpus does not leave without permission.
Section 3 of 4 · The proof layer
See where your memory came from.
reBe should not feel like a mysterious chat box. The proof path starts with source-backed memory: which note, file, photo set, or interaction was used, which device or Realm held it, and what permission made it available.
The launch surface already exposes owner, piece, invite, and boundary provenance in Studio. As personal Corpus features deepen, that same evidence model becomes the trail behind recall, sharing, backup, and delegation.

The family Realm direction is to use trusted member devices as substrate. Three interconnected Realms in one family can add more storage and compute while also backing each other up, failing over when one device is offline, and improving recovery after a loss. That power comes with responsibility: sleep settings, keys, backups, and sharing choices matter.
